RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Yvette Guthrie to said board as the Bar Association Alternate, and Victoria Moul as the Mental
Health Alternate, both with terms to expire November 1, 2020, and to appoint Bradley Luebke as
the Law Enforcement Alternate, with a term to expire November 1, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Yvette Guthrie and Victoria Moul, both with terms to expire November 1,
2020, and Bradley Luebke, with a term to expire November 1, 2021, be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Juvenile Community Review Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of June, A.D., 2020.
