RE: CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ20-0002, FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT
TO THE 1-2 (MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL) ZONE DISTRICT - SCOTT AND LYNN LARAMORE
A public hearing was conducted on May 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair Pro -Tern
Commissioner Scott K. James
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jessica Reid
Assistant County Attorney, Bob Choate
Planning Services Department representative, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 17, 2020, and duly published April 22,
2020, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Scott
and Lynn Laramore, for a Change of Zone, COZ20-0002, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District
to the 1-2 (Medium Industrial) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a
matter of record.
e Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant's representative was not
feeling well, thus unable to represent his clients, and referenced the request for a continuance to
June 17, 2020 (Exhibit D).
e No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
• Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Scott and Lynn Laramore for a
Change of Zone, COZ20-0002, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the 1-2 (Medium
Industrial) Zone District, to June 17, 2020, to allow the applicant's representative to be present.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried unanimously. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:56 a.m.
