BUSINESS (RECREATIONAL VEHICLE STORAGE AND DAYCARE FACILITY) IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - COUNTY RV STORAGE, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on January 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
IEJ I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 3, 2020, and duly published
January 8, 2020, in the Greeley Tribune, Show Cause Hearing, PCSC19-0020, was conducted
to show whether good cause exists for revocation of Use by Special Review Permit, USR-988,
for a Home Business (recreational vehicle storage and daycare facility) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District, issued to County RV Storage, LLC. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a
matter of record.
Maxwell Nader, Department of Planning Services, displayed an aerial vicinity map depicting
surrounding land uses, and described the existing site layout. He stated, after the Probable Cause
hearing the applicants met with the City of Evans to discuss annexation, the process, timeline and
cost associated with their process and could not come to an agreement, therefore, as of
December 31st everything related to the baseball facility has been taken down and removed. Mr.
Nader confirmed staff recommends dismissal of the Show Cause hearing.
Ei Eric and Shawna Disparti, applicants, stated they had explored options to bring the proposed
use into compliance, but nothing was feasible and they opted to remove the use from the site.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
IFA Commissioner Moreno moved to dismiss Show Cause Hearing, PCSC19-0020, concerning
Use by Special Review Permit, USR-988, for a Home Business (recreational vehicle storage and
daycare facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
James, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed
at 10:15 a.m.
