RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR20-0003, FOR USES SIMILAR TO THE USES LISTED AS PERMITTED AS LONG
AS THE USE COMPLIES WITH THE GENERAL INTENT OF THE ZONE DISTRICT FOR
AN AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT AND SERVICE FACILITY AND MORE THAN ONE (1)
CARGO CONTAINER IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - ROBERT AND
DONNA ACKERMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 25th day of
March, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Robert and Donna Ackerman, 22935 CR 33, LaSalle, Colorado 80645, for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR20-0002, for Uses similar
to the Uses listed as permitted as long as the Use complies with the general intent of the Zone
District for an Agricultural Support and Service Facility and more than one (1) cargo container in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption, RECX14-0114; being
part of the NE1/4 Section 10, Township 4 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing on March 25, 2020, because of the COVID-19 event and to
protect the health, safety, and welfare of the general public, the Board, deemed it advisable to
continue the matter to April 29, 2020, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on April 29, 2020, because of the ongoing COVID-19 event
and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the general public, the Board, having been fully
informed, finds that this matter should be continued to May 13, 2020,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 13,
2020.
