RE: Notice of Change of Name of Economic Development
Authority of Dacono to Urban Renewal Authority of Dacono
Dear Ms. Gesick:
This letter is to provide you with notice on behalf of the Urban
Renewal Authority of Dacono that, on June 8, 2020, pursuant to its
powers as enumerated in C.R.S. § 31-25-105(1)(a), the Economic
Development Authority of Dacono approved an amendment to its
bylaws that effected a change in its name from the "Economic
Development Authority of Dacono" to the "Urban Renewal Authority
of Dacono."
We respectfully request that you update your records to reflect this
change in name.
