RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Board of Public Health will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Katerie Lauck to said board as the District 4 representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Katerie Lauck, be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Public
Health, with a term to expire May 23, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of May, A.D., 2020.
