BAFO Bids were received and opened on October 7, 2020 for B2000174 vRealize
maintenance and support. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $28,761.97 to
$29,530.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Insight Public Sector, Inc.
out of Tempe, AZ proposed the lowest cost solution of $28,761.97and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2000174 vRealize
maintenance and support to Insight Public Sector, Inc. for a total amount of $28,761.97.
