HomeMy WebLinkAbout20202006 RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES FOR ACCOUNT NUMBER R6289486 - PRESTIGE EQUIPMENT, LLC WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 8th day of July, 2020, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Mike Freeman, and Commissioners Steve Moreno and Barbara Kirkmeyer, with Commissioners Scott K. James and Kevin D.
