RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING
CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists and the term for a certain position on the Weld
County Building Code Board of Appeals will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Sam Gluck to said board as the Electrical Representative and to reappoint Tim Swanson to said
board, both with terms to expire December 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sam Gluck, be, and hereby is, appointed, and that Tim Swanson, be, and
hereby is, reappointed, to the Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals, both with terms to
expire December 31, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 2020.
