RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Laura Ibarra to said board as the Citizen -Alternate Representative, with a term to expire
November 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Laura Ibarra, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile Community
Review Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 2020.
