During the fourth quarter of 1973 the Public Trustee of
Weld County Colorado handled the following transactions:
715 Releases and Partial Releases of Deeds of Trust @ $3.00 $2,145.00
20 Foreclosure Sales, Withdrawals and or Redemptions - - - 739.70
Total Income for fourth quarter -- — — —$2,984.70
Less necessary and reasonable Clerk hire, office rent, Telephone
and other misceallorous expenses incidental to the conduct of
Public Trustee Office .$1048.26
Net income for third quarter 1973 -- — —$1,936.44
Net income for firt three quarters 1973 5,565.12
Total net income for 1973 $7,501.56
Limit by Statute for year $10,000, plus all necessary and reasonable
expenses of clerk hire and other expenses incidental to conduct the
office of Public Trustee.*
