Company agrees to discontinue use of the permanent license and to transition permanent license to a subscription licenses to access and use subscription licenses of NetMotion software from the Effective Date of 25 September 2020 and ending on 26 March 2024 (the "Term") for 1,280 they currently own at no cost. All software and licenses will be converted from Perpetual to Subscription thirty (30) days from effective date.
