NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR INCLUSION OF LANDS INTO THE MUNICIPAL
SUBDISTRICT,NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT FILED BY
THE CITY OF DACONO
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to C.R.S. § 37-45-136(3)(e)a hearing will be held to consider a
Petition for Inclusion of lands located in Weld County into the boundaries of the Municipal Subdistrict,
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District(Subdistrict)pursuant to the Water Conservancy Act, C.R.S.
§§ 37-45-101 et seq(Petition). The lands are located in the incorporated boundaries of the City of Dacono.
A hearing on the Petition will be held in Division One of the Weld County Courthouse, Greeley,
Colorado at 901 9th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado at 8:30 a.m. on November 16,2020.
Pursuant to C.R.S. § 37-45-136(3)(g),not less than 30 days prior to the time fixed by the court for
the hearing on said Petition, and not thereafter, a petition as described in C.R.S. § 37-45-136(3)(g)
protesting the inclusion of said area may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court for the court in
which the proceeding for inclusion is pending. In addition,pursuant to C.R.S. § 37-45-136(3)(k)and(1),any
owner of real property in the area proposed for inclusion not having individually signed a petition for the
inclusion may file an objection thereto on or before 10 days prior to the time fixed by the court for the
hearing on the petition.
