Dear Kristy and Megan,
Thank you for participating in the foster parent recruitment social media training with the Office of
Children, Youth and Families on June 16, 2020. Since you successfully completed this training, has been
Weld County Human Services awarded a $1,000 stipend to be used to further your efforts toward recuiting
foster and adoptive families on social media and applying the information you learned in the training.
I would like to make you aware of the following deadlines associated with this funding:
• Please spend the funds by April 30,2021.
• Counties should enter enter expenses in CFSM using code E468.9277 by May 8, 2021.
• Child placement agencies must submit an invoice for reimbursement May 8, 2021. .
■ Please email your invoices to adrienne.cooper@state.co.us
• Please submit for reimbursement after you have incurred expenses for social media marketing.
• These funds should only be used for boosted and sponsored posts on your organization's social media
channels for the purpose of recruitment.

There is no required reporting for using these funds; however, you are strongly encouraged to share your efforts
with , so we can share successes and (earnings across the field and so OCYF can refine the technical support
provided to our county and CPA partners.
