This is a Change of Zone Request from A to 1-2. 1-2 does not allow structures to be used as residences unless
they are:
One (1) MANUFACTURED HOME per LEGAL LOT, when used as living quarters for caretaker or security
personnel responsible for maintaining or guarding the property, permitted under Division 3 of Article IV of this
Chapter.
Could you review this and request a Change of Use approval prior to recording plat? Lock the parcels until this
action is completed?
