The applicant Michael E. and Linda L. McKee c/o Oak Leaf Solar 41 LLC c/o Michael McCabe has
decided to withdraw USR19-0065.
The applicant has decided to withdraw USR19-0065 for the need to re-evaluate the project itself.
Please see attached email dated January 20, 2020 from Michael McCabe that states the following:
"We are going to remove our application from consideration so we can re-evaluate the project.
Please let me know if you need anything else from me to cancel the application."
