We received the DO in November 2019 at which point I reached cut to Holly Graham requesting additional information, which we received in January 2020. In February, when I started working on the lease again, realized there was not a lease in place for Tract 405, containing 0.798 acres. I reached out to Holly at that time and did not receive a response. I followed up on June 2, 2020 and received a response from Roland VanderBroeck, who informed me Holly was no longer with Extraction and asked if there was a lease being worked on. I informed him didn't believe there was, just preliminary conversations about the need for a lease. On June 24, 2020, he informed me the County was made aware of the spacing units and provided pooling orders, dated October 2017, with the BOCC stamp, showing we did indeed receive them. He stated the welbhad been producing for nearly two years and we were being force pooled due to lack of response. He also mentioned Extraction had recently filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and all contractual negotiations are being handled through the court at this point. He advised I execute the DO and if things change in the future they can make the update to the force pooled interest.
