Request Board Approval of the Department's Child Welfare 2019-20 Respite Care Provider Agreements. The list below reflects 34 providers that will continue to provide respite care services for the term of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. These providers, most of whom are Weld County Certified foster parents, have met certification requirements. Respite care is limited to four (4) hours per week per child. The hours of care may be provided in any combination throughout a month but may not exceed 16 hours per month. Payment is S16.75 per each four (4) hour period but may not exceed 567.00 per month for 16 hours. Upon Board approval of this pass -around, individual signed agreements will be obtained from providers and submitted through the Contract Management System (CMS) for final Board approval.
