ANNOUNCEMENT
The Weld County Council will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m., February 12. The
meeting will be held at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street,
Greeley, CO. The Council will be meeting to discuss applications for the vacant
commissioner seat left by Commissioner Sean Conway's resignation.
At its regular January 20 meeting, the Council outlined replacement procedures.
An ad hoc committee of Councilmembers Gene Stille and James Welch were selected
to review all applications to be received.
At the meeting February 12, the Council will select as many as five applicants in
which to interview. The interviews will take place at the regular Council meeting at 6:30
p.m., Monday, February 17.
