ARIGHT OF WAY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, EAST GREELEY

a LAND CO. , a co-partnership, of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, for
{ the consideration of other valuable considerations and Ten Dollars, in hand

paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the right of
way for a public highway over and across the following real property situate
in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
The east 20 feet of the west 50 feet of the Southwest
Quarter (SW') of Section Thirty-four (34) in Township
Five (5) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the Sixth
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all damages which
would be considered and assessed in any award or verdict in a proceeding
under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn said strip of land for a public
road.
Signed and sealed this 40 day of June, A. D. , 1970.
