company ("Grantor"), and Gerrard Investments, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company,

WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does hereby
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever, all
