This was the same data provided to us in 2017 and 2018. The owner has requested an abatement using an itemized listing of property. The itemized listing that the owner supplied does not total to the cost that is listed on the owner's IRS depreciation schedule. The owner's IRS depreciation schedule totals personal property in the amount of $1,628,885 whereas the itemized listing supplied totals to $373,650. Multiple times we have requested from the owner an itemized list that totals to the same original cost amount as the equipment lines on his depreciation schedule however that information has not been supplied to our office so that we can identify what is different. We do agree with the owner's assertion that real property should not be valued with the personal property. We also agree with the owner that items under $350 of original installed cost should not be included in this personal property value.
