PUBLIC COMMENT: Thank you for attending the Weld County Council meeting. Your comments at this
time are welcomed. While the Council encourages individuals or groups of individuals to address the
Weld County Council, public comment is limited to three minutes per person. Please be aware that
the Council may not be able to address your topic today. If the Council is unable to do so, the matter may
be referred to staff, a work session, or the next regular -scheduled meeting.

WELD COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION 218
RE: APPOINTMENT OF KEVIN ROSS TO THE BOARD OF
WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT -LARGE SEAT
WHEREAS, Sections 16-7, 3-15 and 13-8 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the
Weld County Council is to appoint new members when one of the Commissioner positions becomes
vacant, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has agreed, by unanimous vote, to the appointment of
Kevin Ross to the position of Weld County Commissioner, At -Large, with such appointment to end as
of December 31, .2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Weld County Council that Kevin Ross hereby is
appointed to the position of Weld County Commissioner, At -Large, with such appointment to end as
of December 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the
following vote on the 17th day of February 2020.
