RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board and
the terms for certain positions on said board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Kristen Sigg, and reappoint Ron Heil, Roberta Speyer, James Riesberg, and Leanne Bodine to
said board, all with terms to expire January 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kristen Sigg, Ron Heil, Roberta Speyer, James Riesberg, and
Leanne Bodine, be, and hereby are, appointed and reappointed, respectfully, to the Area Agency
on Aging Advisory Board, all with terms to expire January 31, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2020.
