It is the further opinion of your viewers that the above and foregoing described road at the present time will be of more or less benefit to W.H.H.Bliss and Jeannetta Bliss, but taking into consi- deration the future valuation of said land, we fully believe that the damages asked are none too large. As to the land taken from Oliver Howard we consider the damages asked by him to be very reas- onable as it will divide his land and will necessitate the keeping up of two lines of fence.
