M. , Weld County, Colorado) said streets being: Two Cul-de-sacs with a radius of 50 feet each and whose centerlines are 647.11' and 1313.11' South of the Northeast Corner of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. There was some confusion on these at an earlier consideration it seemed that the cul-de-sacs were paved too large. However, this seems to have served a useful purpose and the required portion of the cul-de-sacs is well based and well paved. Sincerel�� I. on . Mr. William E. Monson and I were the co-developers and have on deposit with your office three certified checks: One for $1,250.00 One for $ 50. 00 One for $1,200. 00 It is my understanding that this request for the return of funds is to be turned over to Mr. Byron Ewing for inspection and, upon his certification, the funds will be returned to us.
