ADD STREETS WITHIN PLEASANT VALLEY ESTATES
SUBDIVISON TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM
PTN RANGE 65, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 32 NE4:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they do hereby accept certain portions of streets lying within the
Pleasant Valley Estates Subdivision ( Part of the Northeast Quarter NE4 of Section
32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado) said
streets being:
Two Cul-de-sacs with a radius of 50 feet each and whose centerlines
are 647.11' and 1313.11' South of the Northeast Corner of Section
32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County,
Colorado
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,

Gentlemen,
I hereby reccommend acceptance of the two cul-de-sacs in the Pleasant Valley
Estates located in the Ei of the NE4 of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range
65 West.
There was some confusion on these at an earlier consideration it seemed that
the cul-de-sacs were paved too large. However, this seems to have served a
useful purpose and the required portion of the cul-de-sacs is well based and
well paved.

Gentlemen,
In line with your request for inspection on Pleasant Valley Estates, I
find the cul-de-sacs that are bonded in the amount of $2,500.00 are not ready
for acceptance for maintenance.
I have personally informed Mr. John P. Watson of the details and he is
pursuing the matter further.

Gentlemen:
I am writing this letter to inform your Board that the developers of Pleasant Valley Estates,
a subdivision located in the NE4 of Section 32, Township 6N, Range 65W of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado, have complied with the road requirements set forth by your Board.
Mr. William E. Monson and I were the co-developers and have on deposit with your office
three certified checks:
One for $1,250.00
One for $ 50. 00
One for $1,200. 00
It is my understanding that this request for the return of funds is to be turned over to Mr.
Byron Ewing for inspection and, upon his certification, the funds will be returned to us. I
would appreciate your prompt attention in this matter.
