Lauren,
We are trying to get to a USR approved and I have a question regarding the water.
We don't intend to have any water or bathroom facilities in the new storage building as our main office is literally right
across the street. We will only send an employee over there to get crops bought over to the main building or to open to
accept a delivery. There will only be on site for a few minutes at a time.
So I guess the question to you is ....Do we need to have water just to build a crop storage building across the street from
our office?

No you do not. Just include in your application exactly what you said below. I will add a statement in my referral
comments that if for some reason the main office isn't available then a portable toilet will be required.
