This letter is to inform you that Weld County Department of Human Services has been awarded Promoting
Safe and Stable Families, Monthly Caseworker Visitation grant money in the amount of $6,682.50. This
award is for SafeSignal Alert Media.
Receipts for purchases should be sent to me via email and reimbursements will be distributed through
CFMS. Additionally, MCV expenditures have a 25% match component, where 25% of the expenditures must
be from local, non-federal resources. Match must be reported through CFMS as well. The PSSF
Caseworker Visitation segment values are E.076.2752 and E.078.2754 (for match: $2,227.00).
When you need to enter PSSF Caseworker Visitation expenditures into CFMS, please email accounting at
CDHS.settlementaccountin$®state.co.us and request the combination(s) you need.
