Weld County Department of Human Services, Weld County Area Agency on Aging
Older American's Act (OAA) contract
Dear Ms. Ulrich:
You are hereby notified that in accordance with provision BB of contract routing number 16
IHEA 77142 between the State of Colorado, Department of Human Services, and Weld County,
Colorado, Weld County Department of Human Services, Weld County Area Agency on Aging,
the State hereby exercises the holdover provision for a period not to exceed two months
(Holdover Period), effective July 1, 2020, at the same rates and terms of the contract unless
specifically stated herein. As you know, the Maximum amount of the contract funds for State
Fiscal Year 2020 was $2,793,730.90; of that, $132,088.36, were State Funds and are
unavailable after June 30, 2020. The rest of the funds set out in the Contract, $631,927.14,
were Federal Funds; any as -of -yet unspent remaining Federal Funds will be available during
the two month holdover period. You should be aware of what the dollar total is of the
unspent remaining Federal Funds to determine the amount available during this holdover
period. If you are unsure or in need of clarification on how to determine this dollar amount,
