A public hearing was conducted on March 18, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Scott K. James
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jan Warwick
Assistant County Attorney, Bruce Barker
The following business was transacted:
Ei I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 10, 2020, and duly published
February 14, 2020, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Peters 313 Ranch, Inc., do HighPoint Operating Corporation, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR19-0073, for Oil and Gas Support and
Service, including three (3) gas compressors and related equipment, up to five (5) temporary
construction office trailers and ten (10) temporary conex containers for use during the construction
of the facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
(Clerks Note: Because of the COVID-19 event and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of
the general public, the Board found that this matter should be continued to April 29, 2020, at
10:00 a.m.)
El Commissioner Ross moved to continue the request of Peters 313 Ranch, Inc., do HighPoint
Operating Corporation, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR19-0073, for Oil and Gas Support and Service, including three (3) gas compressors and
related equipment, up to five (5) temporary construction office trailers and ten (10) temporary
conex containers for use during the construction of the facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District,
to April 29, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:00 a.m.
