RE: DISCONTINUE APPOINTMENT OF BRIANNA WHITE AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter and by
Resolution #2020-0284, dated January 22, 2020, the Board appointed Brianna White as a Deputy
Clerk to the Board, effective January 16, 2020, and
WHEREAS, due to the transfer of Brianna White to an administrative position within the
Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, a need exists to discontinue her
appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the appointment of Brianna White as a Deputy Clerk to the Board, be, and
hereby is, discontinued, effective November 4, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of December, A.D., 2020, nunc pro tunc November 4, 2020.
