SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
CASAGRANDE ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, in a letter dated April 4, 1974, from
Drexel, Barrell & Co. , it was requested that an extension
to the Subdivision Agreement on Casagrande Estates, First
Addition, be granted to September 1, 1974, and
WHEREAS, for good cause was show, it is
NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, and it is
hereby authorized and instructed to sign the hereinabove
extension forthwith. Dated this 24th day of April, 1974.

Dear Mr. Olson:
This is to confirm our recent telephone conversations concerning the
extension of the completion date for street construction on Casagrande,
1st Addition.
Due to the overall economic and energy situation there has been little
action on the property as far as sales are concerned. We have completed
the street excavation, about 60% of the water line installation and was
about to install the gas lines when we were advised by Public Service that
they would be forced to deferr construction as a result of the gas shortage.
We hereby request that the completion date now scheduled for June 1 ,
1974, be deferred until September 1 , 1974. We will advise you on about
August 1 , 1974, on progress and if at that time it appears that the project
is still held up, we will have a new letter of credit issued and submit a
new request for deferral . The present letter of credit is good until
September 1 , 1974.
We would appreciate a short note from you confirming approval of this
request.
