Re: Merger of SRC Energy Inc. into PDC Energy, Inc.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The closing of the previously announced merger of SRC Energy Inc. ("SRC") into PDC Energy, Inc. ("PDC")
occurred on January 14, 2020. As a result of this merger, SRC merged with and directly into PDC, and all
of SRC's rights and obligations have been assumed by PDC. The following includes information related
to your continuing business with the combined company. For public announcement and additional

Master Service Agreements
Our records show neither SRC nor PDC has a master service agreement with you. PDC will review the
work conducted between our companies and determine if one is necessary. Should PDC decide an
agreement is necessary, we will follow up with you.
Environmental Health and Safety
As part of PDC's ongoing commitment to safe operation, PDC requires all contractors to participate in
the annual contractor expectations process. PDC will review the work conducted between our
companies and determine if your attendance at a session is necessary. Should PDC determine your
participation necessary, we will follow up with you.

Accounts Payable
There will be no immediate changes to your procedures for submitting vendor invoices. Please continue
to submit invoices directly to SRC until future notice. Similar to SRC, PDC utilizes Openlnvoice to process
invoices and will begin the process of onboarding new vendors into PDC's version in the near future.
Look for further correspondence on this topic in the next couple months.
