J-2 Contracting Company will provide a copy of the approved well permit to the County when it is received. A temporary substitute water supply plan will be submitted to the State Engineer for this operation. A copy of the approval will be submitted to the County once it is received. This plan provides details of the consumptive use associated with the operation of the mine and the source of the replacement/augmentation water that will be used prior to ground water being exposed.
