Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP), Incarcerated Veterans Transition Program (IVTP) and the
Homeless Female Veterans' and Homeless Veterans' with Families Program (HFVVWF), FOA-VETS-20-
01.
We received 131 responsive applications and were greatly impressed by the quality of the submissions. A
technical review panel evaluated each application against the criteria found in Part V of the FOA. In a
highly competitive field, 77 were selected for award. Unfortunately, your application was not among those
selected for funding. A listing of all awardees can be found on the DOL website at
https://www,dol.gov/newsroom/releases/vets/vets20200701.
If you would like to receive evaluative feedback regarding your application, please send a request by email
to Ne'kia Davis at davis.nekia.idol.qov, no later than 45 days after receipt of this letter. Telephone
calls will not be accepted. All requests must be issued by the Authorized Representative designated on
the SF -424 in the application.
