RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on said board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
John Fryar as the Fort Lupton Appointee, Benito Garcia as the Law Enforcement -County
Appointee, and Adam Turk as the City of Greeley Appointee, all with terms to expire January 11,
2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that John Fryar, Benito Garcia, and Adam Turk, be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with a term to expire
January 11, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of March, A.D., 2020.
