RE: Annexation of CDOT Property
Dear Mr. Ostler,
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County has no objection to the proposed annexation
into the Town of Frederick of approximately 7.5 acres, described more specifically in Exhibit A,
owned by the Colorado Department of Transportation. This letter is being presented in fulfillment of
Section 7.2.18 of CDOT's policy regarding "Annexation of Department Owned Property."
