WHEREAS, Robert N. Jackson, James H. Kindel and Paul Cleary,
dba Sunnymead Poultry Ranch, 13631 Theodore Street, Sunnymead,
California, have requested permission to locate a commercial egg pro-
duction plant operation on the following described property, to-wit:
The West Half (W+) of Section Fifteen (15), Town-
ship Three (3) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of
the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing
320 acres, more or less, and
WHEREAS, the said requested location for a commercial egg pro-
duction plant operation is located in an agricultural zone as set forth by
the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and
WHEREAS, according to Section 3. 3(3) of the Zoning Resolution of
Weld County, said commercial egg production plant operation may be
authorized on the approval of the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by Resolution
dated April 15, 1970, has recommended that said site for the commer-
cial egg production plant operation be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Robert N. Jackson,
James H. Kindel and Paul Cleary, dba Sunnymead Poultry Ranch, 13631
Theodore Street, Sunnymead, California, are hereby authorized to locate
a commercial egg production plant operation on the following described
property, to-wit:
The West Half (Wz) of Section Fifteen (15), Town-
ship Three (3) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of
the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing
320 acres, more or less,
as provided by Section 3. 3(3) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County,
Colorado.
