Ewing Director of Public Works Weld County Colorado P.O. Box 758 Greeley, Colorado 80631 Dear Mr. Ewing: Please accept this letter as a request for a 1 year extension of our Subdivision Agreement on Northmoor Acres, 2nd Filing, a subdivision in Weld County. The subject Subdivision Agreement was executed about 2 years ago in March, I think. Little Thompson Valley water lines and fire hydrants are in place. Roads are completely built, but only about 20-25% are blacktopped in 2nd filing. We would like the extension to allow Public Service time to redesign and install electric service adequate to handle all electric homes. They say that this should be done prior to blacktopping. Please advise. Yours very truly, NORTHMOOR REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORP. /24 `42.2airIX RPM:sd Robert P. Marx cc: Robert L. McGee P.O. Box 21040 Westminster, Colo. 80221 Hello
