RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS FROM WELD COUNTY TO
THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE LARIMER-WELD
REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the
Larimer-Weld Regional Planning Commission, there has been created
an executive committee of said Regional Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with directive from the Regional Planning
Commission and the Board being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the following from Weld
County be, and they hereby are, appointed to serve on the Executive
Committee of the Larimer-Weld Regional Planning Commission, to-wit:
1. Two members from the unincorporated municipalities within
Weld County other than the City of Greeley:
(a) Ben Gallatin, Mayor of Pierce, Colorado
(b) John T. Martin, Mayor of Fort Lupton, Colorado
2. Three members from Weld County other than elected officials:
(a) Reinholt Ehrlich, Windsor, Colorado
(1 year term)
(b) Donald Clark, Frederick, Colorado
(2 year term)
(c) Wayne Wells, Greeley, Colorado
(3 year term)
Thereafter, appointments shall be for three (3) year terms. Members
on the Regional Executive Committee from Weld County may be reappointed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of April, 1972.
