SUBJECT: Town of Nunn IGA
In accordance with the work session held on November 19, 2019, Public Works is
requesting the Commissioners enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the
Town of Nunn to work together to mitigate the impacts of the future closure of Weld County

Commissioners approve the IGA.
The agreement identifies different types of improvements the County will assist with on

annex portions of WCR 98 east of US 85 to remove the joint right-of-way ownership.
