ROAD-VIEWERS' REPORT. To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners Weld County, Colorado : GENTLEM EN :- 1.'our viewers appointed on the 9th _ day of _October,--19-15------- -- j 48 ._ to view a county road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your Honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz.: Commencing at*. a point .at the North- east corner of section three (3) and the Northwest corner of section two (2) , both in Township two (2) North of Range sixty-six ( 66 ) West of the 6th P. Y. , thence running South along the section line between said section two ( 2) and said section three (3) , thence along section line between section ten (10) and eleven ( 11 ) to a point at the Southwest corner of section eleven (11) end the Southeast corner of section ten (10) , both in Township two (2) North of Range sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. PM. , a distance of two miles. Said road to be not less then sixty ( 60) feet in width. Said proposed road would afford a North and South passage way vnd high- way at said point between County Road No. 162 and County Road No. 216, which said roads run ::List and West. The Property owners in sections two ( 2) and ten (10) , Twp. two -(2 ) North of Range 66 West have not been asked to join in this petition, for the reason that by act and resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of held County, Colorado, duly entered of record, the benefits of the Federal Act of 1889, provAding that thirty (30) feet oneach side of 011 sections of land then government land' e}iould be reS' 'ifrTor'put73oges-or pnbfla road,'-*fie - excepted. That petitioner is informed and believes, that at the time of passage of said act, said sections two (2) and ten (10) were government land and therefore subject to the provisions of said act, In connection with the above your petitioners further pray that that portion of Road No. 606, beginning on the North line of Township 2, Range 66, between sections 3 and 4 and running on section lines to a point one and one- quarter (1+) miles South thereof, to-wit: the N. E. corner of the SE of the NE* of Section 9 , and the NW corner of the SW4 of the NW4 of section 10, in Township 2, North Range 66 West, be, by order of the Board of County Commissioners, vacated as a public road. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the roposed route as prayed for, viz.:t We, the undersigned viewers do hereby recommend that the two miles of road prayed for in petition, described as being on section lines between sections 2 & 3, 10 & 11, T. 2 N. R. 66 W. , be not granted. We further recommend as a substitute for said two miles of road, that one mile of road between sections 14 & 15, T. 2 N. R. 66 W. be granted. We further recommend that the abandonment of one and one-quarter miles of road prayed for in petition, described as commencing at the NE corner of Sec. 4 and NW corner of Sec. 3, T. 2 N. R. 66 V. continuing South on section line one and one- quarter miles be not granted. We further recommend that the abandonment of one mile of road prayed for in petition, described as being on half section line East and West through center of section 3, T. 2 N. R. 66 W. be granted as prayed for.
