RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel
will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
ToniJo Niccoli, Helen Bernsten, and Aline Marie Cochron to said board, all with terms to expire
March 4, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that ToniJo Niccoli, Helen Bernsten, and Aline Marie Cochron, be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, all with terms to expire
March 4, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of April, A.D., 2020.
