RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE
BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR20-0004, FOR OIL AND GAS STORAGE
FACILITIES (FOUR (4) 200,000 BBL STORAGE TANKS, AND ASSOCIATED
APPURTENANCES) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - COLORADO
LIBERTY PIPELINE, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 1st day of
April, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Colorado Liberty Pipeline, LLC, 2331 City West Blvd., Houston, Texas 77042,
for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR20-0004, for Oil
and Gas storage facilities (four (4) 200,000 BBL storage tanks, and associated appurtenances)
in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lots A and B of Recorded Exemption, RE-3171;
being part of the W1/2 NE1/4 of Section 26,
Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, because of the COVID-19 event and to protect the health, safety, and welfare
of the general public, the Board, deemed it advisable to continue the matter to May 13, 2020, at
10:00 a.m.
WHEREAS, ON May 13, 2020, the Board, having been fully informed, finds that this matter
should be continued to June 10, 2020, to allow the matter to be heard by the Planning Commission
on May 19, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to June 10,
2020, to allow the matter to be heard by the Planning Commission on May 19, 2020.
