ACCEPT AND APPROVE
AGREEMENT FOR TRASH REMOVAL
THE WAY RUBBISH REMOVAL:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado has solicited bids for trash removal
from the Weld County Courthouse, Weld County Jail , Weld County Nursing Home,
Weld County Services Building, Weld County Library, Weld County Main Shop and
Weld County Sign Shop, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado did receive bids from Bestway Disposal
Company, Brantner Trash Service, Bunting Trash Service and The Way Rubbish
Inc. , and
WHEREAS, The Way Rubbish Inc. submitted the following low bid:

1 . Weld County Jail 6 days per week
Monday - Saturday None $ 15.00
2. Weld County Nursing Home 6 days per week
Monday - Saturday 2 yard 40.00
3. Weld County Courthouse 5 days per week None 20.00
Monday - Friday
4. Weld County Services 5 days per week
Building Monday - Friday None 20.00
5. Weld County Main Shop 2 days per week
Wednesday & Friday 2 yard 20.00
6. Weld County Sign Shop 1 day per week
Friday 1 yard 10.00
7. Weld County Library 1 day per week
Friday 2 yard 10.00
Total $ 135.00
and,
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County
to accept the low bid of The Way Rubbish Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the low bid of The Way Rubbish Inc. for trash
removal from the above listed facilities be accepted in the best interest of the
County and the same is hereby accepted and approved to be effective from June 1 ,
1972, to May 31 , 1973, except for the Nursing Home which may be closed- in- December
1972. Copy of said agreement is attached and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

TRASH REMOVAL AGREEMENT
I , CLARENCE H. FREI, THE WAY RUBBISH INC. , P. O. Box 989, Greeley, Colorado,
agree to haul trash, rubbish, grass clippings , shrub and tree clippings, as well
as sealed plastic bags, from the following County-owned areas:

Monday - Saturday

TOTAL $ 135.00
It is agreed that the monthly charge will be $135.
It is agreed that three (3) separate billings will be furnished each month , one
to cover items 1 , 3, 4, and 7, and the second to cover item 2 and the third to
cover items 5 and 6.
This agreement is to become effective June 1 , 1972, and to remain in effect
through May 31 , 1973, except for item 2, the Nursing Home which may be closed
in December 1972.
