RELEASE OF CASHIERS CHECK AS SUBMITTED

WHEREAS, the County Engineer has recommended the release of cashiers
checks now being held by Weld County, Colorado, for the completion of certain
road requirements within said Pleasant Valley Estates Subdivision ( Part Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado) said checks more particularly described as follows:
State Bank of Greeley Cashiers Check # 2627 Dated 5/20/71 $1,250.00
State Bank of Greeley Cashiers Check # 2628 Dated 5/20/71 $1,200.00
United Bank of Greeley Cashiers Check # 4744 Dated 5/20/71 $ 50.00
$2,500.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that they do hereby direct the County Clerk to release said
cashiers checks now being held by the County in the amount of $2,500.00 to
William E. Monson and John P. Watson.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
