WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, is in receipt of a certain
check more particularly described as follows:
No 3-242002 - State of Colorado - General Fund (1001 )
Dated September 20, 1973, in the amount of $300,000.00
made payable to Weld County, Colorado
(Agency # 980000 )
(Voucher # V-241050 )
(Account # 11801 )
WHEREAS, on September 5, 1973, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, by resolution authorized
the creation of a Special Road and Bridge Fund for the 1973 Flood
Disaster Monies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they do hereby authorize
the deposit of the aforementioned check in the amount of $300,000.00
to the Special Road and Bridge Fund for the 1973 flood.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote. ����JJ
