Ben Nix that the following resolution be intro- duced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission: Be it therefore Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the following be adopted by the Board of County Commissioners: Model Subdivision Ordinance for towns in Weld County based on the Weld County Subdivision Resolution. To be recommended favorably to the Board of County Commissioners for the following reasons: Will help standardize subdivision regulations and procedures throughout Weld County and will facilitate adoption of subdivision regulations by the towns. Fee 5 acres or less $25.00 per acre or portion thereof. Greater than 5 acres $125.00 plus $5.00.per acre or portion thereof in excess of 5 acres. I (2) Final Plat Final plat submittals for subdivisions in Weld County'as required in the Weld County Subdivision Regulations of August 309 1972, shall be accompanied by a flat fee of $50.00 for each final plat submittal. (3) Minor Subdivisions Minor subdivision submittals as required in the Weld County Sub- division Regulations of August 30, 1972,.shall be accompanied by a flat fee of $50.00. (4) Planned Unit Development The fee schedule for preliminary plan submittal and the fee for final plat submittal also apply to planned unit developments.
