CHAPTER 17 PUBLIC PLACES ARTICLE III — Public Trails Amend Sec. 17-3-40. Prohibited acts. The following conduct and acts are prohibited. If any of the regulations set forth within this Section conflict with any other applicable law or regulation, the more stringent requirement shall control. A. and B. — No change. C. Vehicles: 1. To operate any motorized vehicle on a trail. 2. While using a trail, to park any motorized vehicle in other than a designated parking area. 3. EXCEPTION: Class 1 and Class 2 electrical assisted bicycles (e -bikes), as defined in C.R.S. § 42-1-102(28.5)(a) and (b), and authorized maintenance vehicles and equipment may be used on a trail. Remainder of Section — No change. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to arrange for Municode to supplement the Weld County Code with the amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding capitalization, grammar, and numbering or placement of chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections in said Code.
