DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY
ANTELOPE HILLS FIRST FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights-
of-way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in Antelope Hills First Filing, being a subdivision located in the Northwest
Quarter (NW'*) of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the North Quarter Corner (NkCor) of said Section 13:
Thence South 00° 16' 27" East, 1,223.36 feet, along the East line
of the Northwest Quarter (NWI) of said Section 13; Thence South
89° 43' 33" West, 672.85 feet; Thence North 80° 16' 27" West,
325.00 feet; Thence North 16° 03' 27" West, 196.00 feet; Thence
North 12° 23' 00" East, 199.55 feet; Thence North 59° 56' 33"
East, 563.00 feet; Thence North 01° 37' 04" West, 494.86 feet to
a point on the North line of said Section 13, said point being the
Centerline of County Road No. 70; Thence North 88° 59' 02" East, along the
North line of said Section 13, 521.17 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, Contains 20.862 acres
and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said
streets, roads, and rights-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld, and
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post cashiers
check Number 42679, issued on the Greeley National Bank, in the amount of
$3,000.00 in lieu of the bond of $5,400.00 as recommended by the Weld County
Planning Commission.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
